Liturgy

Worship at St. Stephen is reverent and centered on Christ Jesus as expressed in the historic liturgy.

The Lord’s Supper is celebrated every Sunday and on festival days.  Reception of the Lord’s Supper indicates unity in confession and faith. We follow the Biblical and historic practice of closed communion. We invite our guests who are members of sister LCMS congregations and who commune regularly at their home church to the altar. If you have not communed at St. Stephen’s altar previously, please refrain from receiving the Lord’s Supper unless you have first spoken with the pastor.
